Summer Solstice ๐ŸŒž


Carve out some space for yourself to reflect, release and relax this summer solstice; an energetically opportune time to pause and consider fresh intentions for the months ahead. ๐ŸŒฑ is delighted to offer you the opportunity to relax at this powerful and beautiful time of year. ๐Ÿงก

To begin, Kim will lead you through a Yin Yoga practice consisting of mainly passive poses that are held for between 3-5 minutes. The poses will be demonstrated for you to have an idea of the shape, and props suggested to support your body. This slow, often still, practice can help to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, ease joint stiffness, and shift stagnant energy.

Lindsay will then guide you into stillness with meditation so that your intentions can arise from a place of clarity. Weโ€™ll then flow into a nurturing mini sound-bath. The celestial sounds of the crystal singing bowls will work as a balm for the busy mind, coaxing the brainwaves into a more relaxed and meditative state, where seeds can be deeply embedded, and rest can be fully received.

Benefits of yin yoga, meditation, and sound-bathing include a reduction of anxiety, improved sleep, heightened focus, and ease of physical pain or discomfort.
