Welcome to our full moon movement ritual held by Alexe creator of the UM methodology and Co-founder of London Dance Academy.

Full moons are a time to give gratitude, manifest and let go.

During this ritual we will explore the divine feminine though slow sensual floor work ideal if you wish to reconnect to your femininity, and designed for all levels to enjoy, this will be followed by stretch and a yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) visualisation practice.
