This session is designed to harmonise and balance the chakras aligns to the astrological month, unlocking the flow of vital energy within. Through guided meditation and visualisation, delve into the mystical world of the chakras, each representing a unique energy and aspect of your physical, emotional, and spiritual self.
This class is suitable for all levels, gratitude payments are of course welcome but this is a free experience and safe space for you to replenish your energy and balance.
