During the Full Moon phase, our Moonlight Rituals, provides a holistic approach to letting go with the lunar energy on offer to us all, where we focus on emotional balance with our relaxation class. Our moonlight rituals during this time offer self-care practices for managing emotions, reducing stress, and finding inner peace. Through our relaxation and letting go practices, members learn to navigate their emotions effectively and cultivate emotional equilibrium. Additionally, our Full Moon rituals include visualisation techniques and Yoga Nidra that aligns to the full moon where we link this to body Astrology, the chakra and element of the moon sign. By aligning with the energy of the Full Moon, participants can harness its power to create positive change and attract abundance into their lives!

✨ Flexibility and Convenience:

Our online moonlight rituals format of the classes allows you to develop your self-care routines from the comfort of your own home, offering flexibility and convenience for individuals with busy schedules or limited access to in-person events. Alexe has a array of skills and is a certified, moonologer, medical astrologer, restorative yoga teacher, yoga nidra and meditation instructor. She will help you to build self-care practices though cyclical living and self-care routines.

Yoga Nidra has been scientifically proven to balance the autonomic nervous system, reducing sympathetic activity while enhancing parasympathetic function. This leads to increased relaxation and improved stress management. It also promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, improves sleep quality, and enhances overall well-being through the guided yoga Nidra meditation and body awareness techniques. Alexe, UM founder and yoga Nidra instructor, will guide you through letting go- and relaxation techniques each full moon and dark moon phase.
