What sets our Sleep program apart is its unique blend of science-backed techniques and holistic practices. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach or a temporary solution.
This course is led by Alexe, a medical astrologer and coach in the areas of transformational sleep, yoga nidra, and self-care. With years of experience helping others achieve better self-care, Alexe combines the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra with an understanding of how the sun and moon cycles affect your energy and rest.
By addressing not only your sleep environment and bedtime routine but also your daytime habits, as well as diving into the 12th house–the ruler of our sleep in the birth chart–with this information you’ll learn practical sleep tools that will last a lifetime.
