As the Moon disappears into darkness, we enter the most restful and introspective phase of the lunar cycle.
The Dark Moon is a time to pause, soften and surrender into deep rest before a new cycle begins. It is a moment to release what feels complete and allow the body and mind to fully restore.
This candlelit practice offers a quiet space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Through gentle guidance, breath and deep rest, we honour the natural stillness that comes before renewal.
Working with the wisdom of the lunar cycle, this session invites you to withdraw from the busyness of the outer world and return to your inner rhythm.
During this session you’ll experience:
• A short lunar astrology insight to understand the energy of the Dark Moon
• Gentle journalling prompts to release what feels complete
• Deep restorative rest and Yoga Nidra to calm the nervous system
• Breath and intention practices to support letting go and renewal
Held in a calm and nourishing atmosphere, this class offers a rare moment to simply rest, soften and reset before the next lunar cycle begins.

Please bring comfortable clothing, a journal, and anything that helps you feel relaxed and supported.
