🌑 Where It Began

Hi, I'm Alexe, The Sanctuary was born from my own journey.

Over 10 years ago, I found myself completely depleted—physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Like so many women, I was running on empty, disconnected from my body, and unable to truly rest.

It was through Yoga Nidra & the rhythms of the moon that everything began to change.

Not overnight.
But gently… consistently… deeply.

This practice became my anchor.
A way to rebuild my energy, restore my nervous system, and reconnect with myself.

What I discovered is this:

Rest is not a luxury.
Rest is not something we earn.

Rest is medicine.
Rest is power.
Rest is where we return to who we truly are.

That's why I created The Sanctuary.

A free space to rest, reconnect, and begin again whenever you need it.

The Sanctuary was born from my own healing journey.

Rest & the lunar cycle became my anchor.
