Waning Moon Candlelight Stretch & Reflection 🕯️✨
As the Moon begins to wane, we naturally move into a phase of slowing down, softening and letting go.
This candlelit practice is a gentle space to unwind the body, release tension and reflect on what the past lunar cycle has revealed. Through quiet movement, breath and guided reflection, we allow the body and mind to settle, creating space for clarity and renewal.
Working with the wisdom of the lunar cycle, this session invites you to reconnect with your inner rhythm and honour the natural ebb that comes before the next beginning.
During this session you’ll experience:
• A short lunar astrology insight to understand the energy of the waning moon
• Gentle journalling prompts to reflect on what is ready to be released
• Slow candlelit stretching inspired by restorative and yin yoga
• Breath and intention practices to support emotional and energetic release
Held in a calm and nourishing atmosphere, this class offers a moment to pause, soften and reconnect with yourself as the lunar cycle winds down.
All levels are welcome
Please bring comfortable clothing, a journal, and anything that helps you feel relaxed and supported.
