Scorpio season is always a deep dive into the shadows, the underneath, the hidden and abandoned parts of self, but what sets this workshop apart, is the Venus retrograde alignment and how that alignment will deepen this season. As Venus moves into Libra, she unlocks a “new dimension of heart growth” - the full 19th month retrograde cycle is one of transformation, renewal and rebirth.

In this session we will explore a beautiful flow between sensual movement and sacred touch of the heart-womb axis, incorporating themes of

Old heart wounds
Relationships: intimate, self, others
Rebirthing our heart energy

We will consider what feels disharmonious in your life?
What has been revealing over the past few weeks of this transit”
Are you giving too much?
Receiving too little
What wounds does your heart still carry?


Body Astrology, Sensual Movement & Embodiment

Alexe will bring you into the Body Astrology of Venus Retrograde during the experience, exploring the journey of Venus through Scorpio and Libra and what these two signs invite us to release, transform, and rebalance through the body.

Through guided sensual movement and embodied practice, we will move beyond simply understanding the transit intellectually and begin to physically experience it,  using the body as a way to release what we are no longer carrying forward and embody the person we are becoming.

Moving from the deep, transformative dark waters of Scorpio into the balance and openness of Libra, Alexe will guide you through a sensual movement practice centred around release, reclamation, and empowerment.


Heart-Womb-Pelvis Massage Flow

Changing down tempo, we will begin to focus awareness, touch, reverence on the physical and emotional bodies. Sacred touch as a foundational piece for embodiment, soothing the nervous system and so opening our grounding & earth connection - mandatory at these times of deep seismic shifts and to anchor in new timelines & evolving consciousness

Touch, massage, stroke, stillness, breathe - all will be suggestions in the practice but you CHOOSE what your body is ready to receive in the moment, knowing that you will receive the recording at that you can return to this whenever you dip into overwhelm

Areas of focus: throat-heart-belly-womb-pelvis

You may wish to work directly on the body, with or without oil/balm, over the clothing/over blankets - your body, your call, knowing that the intention is to learn to the deeper whispers & signals of the body and tissue.


Our Intention will be:

♀ To release what the body is ready to let go of.

♀ To reclaim what has been hidden or forgotten.

♀ And to embody who you are becoming.

Before we close, we will come into a circle of integration, where you will be welcomed to share, ask questions, hold space for each woman present.


Our Gift to You
As a thank you, as well as a recording, you will receive  Decode Your Venus Sign, a guide to help you discover where Venus sits in your birth chart. Its aim is to help you decipher your own personal Venus expression and it will give you the tools to explore your Venus sign & placement and what that can reveal about your associations with love, pleasure, beauty, desire, relationships and receiving.
