Alexe

Creator & Founder of UM methodology. A certified Moonologer, medical astrologer, professional dancer, yoga & pilates instructor, and Yoga Nidra meditation teacher. Alexe has a background as a pioneer in the dance-and fitness industry. She co-founded the London Dance Academy, an alternative dance school that she ran for 16 years, providing women with a safe space to explore sensual movement beyond traditional fitness. After becoming a mother and relocating to a new country, Alexe faced a challenging transition, both physically and emotionally. During this time, she discovered cyclical living and body astrology, which became transformative tools for healing and rebuilding her energy. Inspired by their profound impact, she trained as manifestation & self-care coach, integrating the sun and moon cycles to help others restore balance and align with their natural rhythms. 

Andrea

Started her spiritual journey over 30 years ago, practicing and teaching Yoga, and holding space for women, running retreats and living authentically and true to her soul. 
She is inspired to share her passion of authentic and vibrant living with you through Wild Feminine Yoga and Connection in Circle with like-minded women.
Her deep motivation is that when women gather in circles and live in sync with the seasons and cycles it allows us to slow down and hear the true calling of our souls. 
She loves to inspire you with tuning into the archetypes and goddesses through nature and live in harmony with the natural rhythms of the earth and the elements to relax, slow down and heal.
To live this way invites us to reconnect with the deep Wild Feminine within ourselves and eachother in Circle. When we come together in this way, we heal ancestral wounds of the past as we hold each other in a space without judgment, competition or comparison.
 

Elizabeth

Journey into the transformative realm of yoga, Qigong, & Energy work! When Elizabeth encountered a Swami in India in 2013, he turned her understanding of the mind upside down. Inspired by the yogic philosophy that allows one to navigate life's experiences with resilience, Elizabeth delves into the profound practices that enable us to exist within ourselves, untouched by external chaos. With a foundation in authentic yogic practices from India, Elizabeth integrates both traditional and modern approaches to re-wire the Self from the inside out. Her teaching encompasses not only yoga but also energy work, guiding individuals to detach from the past and embark on a new, authentic way of being within themselves and the world. Elizabeth's aim is to inspire you to embrace your authenticity, nurturing both body and mind - empowering to prepare your Self to start your new path from the path from the past.

Susanna

Susanna is a Pilates instructor, with over two decades of experience. She began her Pilates journey in 2003, earning certifications in mat, ball, and Reformer under the mentorship of Yvonne Lin, a respected figure in Swedish fitness. For Susanna, Pilates is more than a fitness practice—it’s a path to self-love, promoting spine health and flexibility. She brings a unique depth to her teaching by integrating astrological body and cyclical living awareness. Beyond Pilates, Susanna is a talented artist, writer & painter, while also studying to become a yin yoga teacher. Her creativity infuses all aspects of her work, allowing her to guide her students with an artistic and holistic approach.

Victoria 

Victoria is the Queen of Empowerment, a powerhouse coach who blends spirituality with boldness to transform lives. As a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, EFT Practitioner, and Empowerment Coach, she draws from her own journey as a former bikini competitor and bulimia survivor to help women overcome their struggles and step into their full power. Victoria specializes in alchemizing pain into strength, guiding women to break free from societal limitations and embrace their wild, magical selves. With expertise in nutrition, hormones, and physical movement, she empowers women through breathwork, meditation, and movement.

Ellie

professional dancer and personal trainer, whose passion for movement, wellness, and celestial exploration has shaped her unique journey. Ellie's life revolves around the synergy between physicality and spirituality. Having recently concluded a successful tour performing in Swan Lake across Europe, balancing her dual careers in dance and fitness, and the harmony of mind, body, and spirit. With a fascination for the cosmos, Ellie founded Lunar Workouts, a holistic personal training program that harmonises with the phases of the moon. What classes can I find in Moveology? 

We run six live classes a month. these classes are also recorded and available for the that lunar cycle. The classes include:

How do I access my classes & community?

You can access the classes through our website and additionally, for easy access on-the-go accessibility, you can download the Universal Movement App. Upon registration you will receive a link to your community login in. 

What equipment and space do I need for the classes?

You only need minimal equipment for Moveology classes including items you already have: Your bed for yoga nidra and relaxation practices, a journal, a pen, a blanket, a cushion and a yoga mat if possible. This simplicity makes Moveology accessible to everyone, with the only potential cost being the membership itself and the yoga mat if you don't already have one.

Most classes at Universal Movement can be comfortably done with minimal space requirements—specifically, the space of a yoga mat. Whether you have a dedicated workout area or just enough space for a yoga mat, our classes are designed to be adaptable to your living environment. For practices like restorative yoga, you can even make use of your bed for added comfort and convenience. We prioritise accessibility, ensuring that you can seamlessly integrate our transformative practices into your daily life, regardless of your living space. 

How long are the Moveology classes?

The New moon, Full moon and Dark moon classes are all 1 hour long. 

The waxing moon workout classes range from 10 minutes to up to 30 minutes. 

The dance and goddess yoga workshops are between 1-1.5 hours long.

The waning moon stretch and yoga classes are around 45 minutes to aid relaxation.

Our workshops are up to 1.5 hours.  

Our self-care and body Astrology community classes are between 5-15 minutes
