Sun & Moon – Move, Stretch & Unwind 🌗✨
In this one-hour session, we begin with the Sun energy — a slow, flowing sequence inspired by Pilates and yoga to awaken the body, build strength, and support the upward momentum of this lunar phase. These movements are steady and accessible, helping you reconnect with your body while gradually building warmth and vitality.
As the class unfolds, we transition into the Moon — a calming Yin Yoga practice where poses are held for longer periods to encourage deep release and relaxation. During this restorative portion, you will be offered optional reflective prompts to spark creativity and insight, qualities traditionally associated with the First Quarter Moon.
The pace is slow and mindful, making the class suitable for all levels.
Participants are invited to bring:
• A yoga mat
• Cushions or pillows for support
• A blanket
• A journal if you would like to reflect on the creative prompts
